WHBC Senior Adults are referred to as THE DIAMOND GROUP. There is no formal organization, no bylaws, and no membership requirement except to have attained the age of fifty.
There is a general meeting of all who wish to attend the second Saturday of each month. This meeting commences at 11:45am and includes a potluck lunch along with some kind of activity or program.
Any person over fifty is welcome at these meetings.

The programs at these meeting vary from serious to amusing.
Some are comical and some are educational . Sometimes there is a musical group or other types of entertainment. The only thing that the programs have in common is that all are interesting.
Occasionally members of Diamond Group get to together at other times for outings commonly called “field trips”. Past field trips have included attending programs of Dallas Baptist University arts and music departments, community theater productions, and the State Fair of Texas. Sometimes the group will even take an overnight trip to places and events.
